International debt collection

Our law firm approaches the issue of international debt collection services in an innovative way.

We offer international debt collection subscription packages, under which the client - depending on the type of package paid - can entrust us with his cases against foreign debtors in one month.up to the limit specified in the package. The contract is concluded for a minimum of 6 months, after which the package is renewed.

We also offer the possibility of sending a request for payment to a foreign debtor on behalf of the client, in German, English or French, meeting the requirements of local law. Payment request serviceto a foreign debtor is not connected with further activities related to the active pursuit of the claim. For details, please contact us.
